How it works on web
The customers will be booking a cab through web, the system will dispatch the best suitable car based on the location using the min. distance calculated through Google maps. There will be screens for supervisor for undispatched jobs. User places order or cab office will pickup order by phone and enter into online system.
How It Works on Passenger App
The customers will be booking a cab through App, the system will dispatch the best suitable car based on the location using the min. distance calculated through Google maps. User places orders a cab and nearest driver will respond asap.
How It Works on Driver App
When passenger request a cab. then nearest driver accepts and fill the fare estimations and respond through notification to passenger. If passenger select the driver then driver arrive at passenger location and journey will be started.

If called by telephone, the system will bring all customer data (previous pick up addresses) with CLI.
